1. General Terms

These Terms govern the use of Dallas Limousines’ website and chauffeur services. By accessing our site or using our vehicles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made via our official website, phone, or email.
• A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
• Dallas Limousines reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage to the vehicle caused by misconduct will result in full compensation being charged to the client. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

6. Vehicle Use & Delays

While Dallas Limousines strives for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control. We ensure our vehicles are well-maintained, licensed, and insured at all times.

7. Liability

Dallas Limousines shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the booked service.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items. Dallas Limousines accepts no liability for lost or damaged belongings left in our vehicles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
