Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental charge. 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions, including: timely cancellations, service delivery failures, or confirmed double bookings. Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. Each case is reviewed individually by our support staff, and customers may be required to provide evidence such as photographs, invoices, or communication logs. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.

3. No-Show Policy

Customers who do not appear at the scheduled pickup location and time without prior notification will be deemed as "no-show". No-show bookings are non-refundable as the reserved vehicle is held and unavailable to other customers. Repeat no-shows may result in account restrictions or booking limitations.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days. However, depending on the financial institution, the credited amount may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement. Customers are encouraged to contact their bank for any processing delays after receiving a refund confirmation from Dallas Limousines.
